Meet the Board of Directors

  • Jessica Downey

    CO-FOUNDER
    CO-CEO

Jessica holds a Child Development Associate Credential and has over 14 years of experience running a Level 4 early childhood program. She brings deep expertise in program leadership, compliance, and operational excellence, guiding GO Foundation with vision, determination, and a practical knack for turning big ideas into reality.

She can turn a complex challenge into a full-blown innovation session—and still answer emails faster than the rest of us can say “snack time.”

  • Jeannie Owsley

    CO-FOUNDER
    CO-CEO

Jeannie holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on mild intervention and has over 14 years of experience running a Level 4 program. Her expertise in both classroom practice and program leadership ensures that GO Foundation maintains high standards while fostering creativity and growth.
She has a gift for making complex schedules, budgets, and lesson plans look effortless—though everyone knows she secretly enjoys color-coding everything.

  • Hayley Wolcott

    VICE-PRESIDENT

Hayley is a dedicated mother and passionate advocate for early childhood education. She serves as a volunteer and administrator at her church’s preschool and has extensive experience in community outreach. Known for her ability to turn any idea into a well-organized event—or fundraiser—Hayley gets things done efficiently, cheerfully, and usually with a spreadsheet in hand.

  • Cassandra Delucenay

    SECRETARY

Cassie has worked for LaGrange County for over 10 years and brings practical knowledge of local government, land use planning, and development. Always prepared, Cassie carries extra snacks, pens, and occasionally a waterproof copy of the bylaws—just in case.

  • Gabrielle Hites-Begley

    TREASURER

Gabrielle is the manager of the Shipshewana branch Farmers State Bank and brings essential financial insight to the board. A dedicated mother of four, Gabrielle is highly involved in her community and an active member of the Rotary Club, where she channels her leadership and heart into meaningful service. Excel files fear her. Budgets bow to her. Once made a pivot table so powerful it briefly opened a portal to another dimension.

  • Kristen Day

    BOARD MEMBER

Kristen is a long-time community member, mother, and substitute teacher with a strong record of involvement in local education. She brings ideas that are either brilliant or completely unhinged—sometimes both—and has a knack for turning even the most ordinary discussion into a strategic plan…with a healthy dose of laughter.

  • Marsha Gill-Dunker

    BOARD PRESIDENT

Marsha is the owner of Fireside Craft Burgers and Brew in LaGrange and a highly regarded business leader. She brings entrepreneurial savvy, financial expertise, and a tech-forward approach to growth. Marsha can calculate profit margins faster than most people brew coffee and has been known to turn a business meeting into a masterclass in efficiency—without anyone realizing it.
